For IT Service contracts, cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) provided during onboarding. General consultations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to modify an agreement.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
